Sheena: Aligner Delivery 13 through 14

Sheena

Chief Complaint:

Spaces between front teeth

Sheena was unable to return to the office for a scheduled monitoring visit at aligner 10 but did continue consistent aligner wear and presented having completed wear of aligner #12. Sheena continues to track well, and is only a few aligners away from the original predicted finish. She did not report any problems and is anxious to finish her treatment.

As is the case for each monitoring visit, we checked the attachment fit with the aligners in place, check for space between the teeth and the internal occlusal portion of the aligner, as well as floss all contacts to check for tight contacts. We continued to emphasize the importance of regular monitoring and wear compliance.

We delivered aligner #13 and #14 and we plan to see Sheena in 4 weeks. Compliance with 24/7 wear time was emphasized. As the tooth tracking seemed to be progressing so well, we will maintain a wear interval of 2 weeks.

Sheena is scheduled for her next monitoring visit in 4 weeks.
