Crowding of front teeth
Daniel’s initial ClinCheck came back with 12 upper aligners and 10 lower aligners. My first impression was that this was too few aligners. If we used fixed appliances I would have anticipated 12-14 months of treatment. This would equal 24 to 28 aligners. Based on the movement of individual teeth, the rate-determining tooth on the upper arch was tooth #8, with a rotation of approximately 30 degrees.
